BankservAfrica in its capacity as an authenticated payment system operator is able to collate information for the South African financial services industry, specifically in respect of transactions cleared by BankservAfrica on behalf of the participating banks.

BankservAfrica tracks all the interbank transactions it processes and therefore has a database of valuable information. A number of standard reports are compiled for customers, including:

• Product statistics packs, which includes statistics relating specifically to credit card, debit card and ATM transactions as well as EFTs and EDOs.
   
• Quarterly reports, which provide quarterly growth figures for core products.
