The BSVA Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd or Fin-X, is a wholly owned subsidiary of BankservAfrica, providing SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) bureau services and now AML (anti money laundering) and KYC (know your client) services to financial institutions throughout Africa and the Middle East.

Established in 1999, the Fin-X SWIFT service bureau offers over a decade of experience and was acquired by BankservAfrica in 2007. Together with BankservAfrica’s economies of scale and 38 years of innovation and trusted service, Fin-X has strengthened its position and offering to its clients.

As a recognised SWIFT-registered service bureau, the Fin-X  SWIFT service bureau allows access to the SWIFT network on a shared cost basis - ensuring connectivity to banks, broker dealers, fund managers, central depositaries, clearing houses and other financial institutions looking at outsourcing certain components of their connectivity to the SWIFT network.

The Fin-X SWIFT service bureau ensures automation and standardisation of transactions using end-to-end solutions, leading to risk mitigation and increasing company service levels, all undertaken securely and reliably.
