Over the past few years we have aligned our processes; and have made investments in accordance with the Department of Trade and Industry’s codes of good practice for broad-based black economic empowerment. 

This concerted effort by our management has resulted in incremental improvements in our BEE certification and us moving from a level 8 to a level 4 contributor in three years only, with no changes having taken place to our shareholding.
